The apartments are nice! But it would be better if they let us enjoy the amenities for more time, and more people and more days! We can use them only twice a week for 2 hours a day, some people come out from work and they can’t even use any of them because they close at 6, and you have to get a permit by sing in online, other thing is that we can’t have guests because of the parking there’s a lot of broken cars using space, and people park in the guest parking, the kids in the parking lot plays with out care, they see you moving your car and they don’t move at all! For the maintenance is very hard to get a job done we have a month requesting for some things and there’s no response

I've lived here for about 2-3 years. The things I enjoy most about Manor way apartments are the balcony and Amazon locker access. There is a seasonal summer bug issue that seemed to have decreased over the years but still is present. The amenities are nice when you have access to them as they are only open during office hours. Sometimes the staff are not back from their breaks which means amenities are not accessible at times. Other than that, the staff is very nice and supportive when available.
