Mary the manager, and staff, are always very friendly and helpful. Whenever there is a maintenance issue, or any issue, they resolve it as quickly as possible. I have lived here for 8 years, and would recommend Jackson House as a great place to live!

I've been here for two years and during that time, have been less than impressed with the staff, particularly the site manager, the cleanliness and maintenance. This will be my last year here.
