It was pretty good . Parking was horriable meeds more parking spots and maybe a 24 hour gym but besides that love the are close to the school and wendy is very helpfull and nice.

Home sweet home

Nlessed to have moved after being built. The property and location is amazing. My kids are able to use the back gate to get to school which is such a time savor! Staff has always been helpful and maintenance crew is fast and efficient! Thanknyou HNN for a great olace to call home.

Income limited

Apartments are relatively new and spacious. Amenities are ok but you have to register each person to use them and they are time limited. Parking is a nightmare since you get one assigned spot for 1 and 2 bedrooms and 2 assigned for 3-5 bedrooms. The guest parking is very limited and you have a monthly hour limit. The apartment complex is composed of several 4th floor buildings and there are no elevators so moving in/out is a pain when you are on any of the floors other than ground level.

Decent apartments

I've lived at Holly Ridge for over one year. I moved in when the property was newly built. Everything is still in good condition and well kept overall. Parking is assigned. Pet friendly. Child friendly. Unfortunately, there are too few guest parking spaces and amenities such as the pool are only available during office hours (currently Tuesday to Saturday).
