The stylish interiors were designed with your lifestyle in mind. ***Holly Ridge participates in an affordable housing program monitored by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission*** Household income restrictions apply and are based on gross annual income. The community has a minimum household income requirement of 2.2 times the monthly rent amount to qualify. Income is verified through our compliance process and reviewed on an annual basis in combination with current income limit rates, third party verification may also be required.
