This place to live has ceased to be normal. Teenage neighbors knock on doors and run away, throw garbage under my door. Neighbors smoke marijuana in the apartment and this smell is in my bedroom. Office workers do not respond to all comments. Breakages in the apartment are not fixed. They do not answer calls and emails. The office is often closed despite the fact that workers are inside. Garbage lies everywhere in the yard for several days. Where is the top management looking!

I have lived at Gateway Apartments for 5 years. Prior to the pandemic there was a full time staff and amenities were available. Accountability and compliance seemed to be a priority. Once the pandemic hit customer service was non existent. Zero response to emails and phone calls, then if you go to the office, they seem to care little about problem resolution. To date, regular office hours have not resumed.

I lived here for 7 years.The accommodation is normal except that the neighbors smoke right in the apartment and I feel this smell inside my apartment, I am upset about it.

I have lived here since it first opened in 2017 The lqyout of the 2 bedroom 2 bath disability units are ok but the master bedrooms bathroom is useless if you are the disabled person For some unknown reason in the disability units they put commercial office carpeting so my home has the same carpet as my Dr's office I have had several upstairs neighbors since I have lived here and you can expect to hear some noise but the current tenants above me now sounds like I have a herd of elephants above me Don't waste your breath complaining

In response to my three complaints that other neighbors do not clean up after the dog near my balcony , the office workers do nothing.
