Affordable, Simple, and Well-Maintained
I have loved living at Country Park. The building is always tidy, without unpleasant odors. Staff are kind and maintenance responds quite quickly. While there are a couple small things I would like (dishwasher, free laundry) those are definitely wants, not needs and the affordability and close-knit community make up for it. The building is far enough away from most things that it is consistently quiet, but it's also right on a major busline and is a quick drive from downtown South Burlington and downtown Burlington. I'm so happy I found O'Brien Brothers and Country Park.
Good Spacw, Good Peopl
I've lived at Country Parks for a little while now, and it's nice! The staff are friendly, the building in order, and I like having my own garden plot. The apartments are a little small, and I struggle with not being able to have a dishwasher or my own washing machine. Overall it's just a nice, quiet place to live. Plus the bus comes to the front door!
Great place to live.
I have been here 14 years. The staff are really ready to help when needed. I like the people and it’s quiet. Problem are taken care of in a reasonable time.
