I have lived here six months. I like it here. It is quiet and clean. I have a few repairs that I have been waiting on for a few months, but they are minor. Otherwise, it is perfect for me.

Have lived here for years. There is no amenities at this place. Other apartment buildings have a least a park for the children and there is nothing like that here. This is the cheapest place around Greene County that we know of, so that is a plus with the price of living getting more exspesnive.

I've lived here for 6 years. The community is fair. Things have been rough because we've been without a maintenance staff since the end of April. There are minor repairs that need to be handled in my apartment but there's no one to complete them. I had a plumbing emergency but the office staff was able to get a company to come check it but all other things aren't getting done.
