Apartment Stay/Average/ Decent

I stay in a 2bed/2bath. It's very spacious and great for 1 or 2 people. Bonus: Washer and Dryer in apartment unit. I enjoy living here for the past 4 months. The main downsize is the loud noise level above me and when people are walking the hallways, during regular and quiet hours. they are not very considerate. I've shared this with property management a few times and I'm not sure if neighbors was made aware of it. The property could definetly use more cleaning and upkeep.
