I've been a recident here for over4 & 1/2yrs and upon arrival here it was awesome then it was into the 2nd yr when a mixture of families moved here & the kids just were extremely disrespectful to everyone some we're just kids being kids the whole knocking on doors and running off kind of thing well when parents will be told about it they'd open up their door and scream at the kids, very belligerently and instead of coming out and watching the kids they go back in their apartment music lesson drinking the beer or whatever and you could let the management know and you know they write a letter to them or whatever and it's in a week everything is back to the same old stuff again instead of you know your parents being penalized over stuff like that you know saying either you have to be outside with your child or you have to have a sitter or somebody monitor them and where they're at you know they have to say in their area you know they're building where they live but they never would do that they will always so you know we have two playgrounds that is a very minimal playground it's basically for I say to the 5-year-olds maybe six just depends on their level of interest at that age. I feel that they should have been a little bit bigger playground for kids you know from say 6 to 10:00 or 11:00 you know with different types of climbing obstacles maybe a giant tic-tac-toe maybe actually a basketball court for kids would have been awesome with a fence around it you know maybe with a light or want to start to get dark you know cut off automatically or you know when kids would know it's time to get off the court I feel that things wouldn't be as bad here with the children running Buck wild and spitting& messing with people's cars goin by them scratching putting stuff on them like you sodas, gum & fireworks being shot off N prking lot and trash just left all Over, grown men& teenage boys urinating N stairwells,Murders,Thefts by GEM Employees& Property Manager&UnauthurzeAptEntrce

I am living in timberland park apartments since they are build, I love living in timberland park apartments, but I hate the customer service, I hate maintenance response to any issue in the apartment, I hate the huge paperwork during the annual recertification, six months pay stubs etc are nonsense to me, I am feeling hesitant working on a second job because I have fear that if I work alot then I will be asked to leave the apartment, another side, everything is expensive and I cannot cover in one job, I am exhausted living in the United States of America!!!!!! too much rules and regulations, I wish I had enough money to live in an independence house/apartment so they would not asking me every year for six months documentations, thanks!!
Poorly built,No play area older kids, small rooms&no ameniíte
No amenities are included except trash,Most places include water(Not here). Appliances breaking down, takes forever to get anything fixed. Maintenance &mgmnt go in your apartments w/o telling you ¬hing was needed to be fixed my camera caught them snooping in my drawers(this is unexceptionable, and before I had gotten camera I had jewelry and funds missing. This is why I am no longer there. Not recommending to anyone.
