It would be a great idea to add more staff to the cleaning and maintenance department in order to have a cleaner common areas.

I really enjoy my little apt, for the most part. I ? that I hear very little noise from my neighbors, but I HATE the garbage situation, as the other stupid residents leave their garbage stacked in the garbage room?! So, I end up hauling my garbage down to the main floor/garbage bins at least 50% of the time?! ?? I honestly don't get why those LAZY people won't do the same, as the chute is obviously plugged up? STINKY MESS!! ?????? ??

The place is comfortable, they just need to improve the maintenance of the garbage. Clean elevators and carpets. On the other hand the staff is very helpful.

It is essential to find a solution to the garbage problem. It could be by placing the trash deposit outside the building or placing larger containers The doors and frames (bottom part) located near the elevators are not cleaned
