I have been living for 10 months, it seems like a very complete community, it has all the necessary amenities, and a very central location.

Enjoy living here. Beautiful apartment with modern appliances. Only thing that would make it better is if our packages could be delivered without a huge hassle. The USPS and other delivery companies are utilizing the main delivery drop off at the back of the mailroom instead of the Luxer One system and are relying on the apartment office personnel to get our packages. Also, if there is an issue with the Luxer One system giving us incorrect notification numbers when trying to retrieve our packages they advise us to speak with the apartment office management. The delivery drivers think the property is under construction and it has taken me a full week to track down packages.
