I’ve had a lot of problems finding parking spots close to my apartment. Usually by 8pm all the spots are taken. And on the weekends I’ve had to park outside of the apartments due to a lot of visitors. The residents here don’t respect the speed limit either. They rush in and out of the place like it’s a racetrack. About 3 weeks ago I was entering the apartments from the west entrance, and as I was going in the police where taking reports on a bad crash inside the parking lot. It was really bad that it made the airbags on both vehicles go off. That was the first time I’ve seen a bad car accident inside an apartment parking lot. I’ve seen a few but non where the airbags go off and the car looks really bad. At night around 12 am you can hear people waiting on one of the residents honking their car horn. The homeless people around the area are constantly dumpster diving at night, and in the morning there’s a mess around the dumpster from the homeless taking stuff out that the area looks like it’s never maintained properly. Speed bumps would definitely be a plus around the area. Other than that, the inside of the apartments are very comfortable and beautiful! And the staff is great! When I have issues with anything inside the apartment they are always ready to help!
