I have lived at the Sandstone Apts for three years. The apartment is great, I love that is has enough room for my whole family. There are a lot of questionable neighbors and things that go on in the complex that I do not like. So we tend to stay indoors as often as possible. Maintenance is hard to have done in a timely manner, but I understand that.

Here at the Sandstone is so perfect I've lived here since 3 years. The managers are super awesome always work with you and they are super nice to the kids that live here. When you walk into the office they receive you with a smile. The building always super clean! You wouldn't regret living here!

Overall, this is a nice place to live with everything looking nice and neat when it comes to the exterior design and first look at the layouts. After a small while, things just start falling apart on their own. Maintenance forms are filled more than not. The biggest issue are the residents of the property that dont take care or take pride in where they live. There is constant trash just thrown around the dumpster instead of inside, constant smoking on property, dog fetus left on sidewalks. Overall, just the hygeine of the property due to careless tenants. Other than that, if you dont pay any attention to whats going on around you, its a nice place to live.
