Unprofessional Manager and Staff

On many occasions I have dealt with your Manager of the Facility of the Ovations Independent Care apartments and her professionalism and decision making is Rude and acts like she hates her job. Her approach to all situations is extremely Uncaring and REALLY needs to be looked at by your Upper Management...She is just ther for a check, notjng more....I ma positive that this is NOT the first time you have heard this or even dealt with this situation..... If you need specific examples I suggest you hold a TOWNHALL Meeting at the main office to hear your residence out!
