La palmilla apartments have really good apartments, the parking lot is big and clean, the people working at the front at the front office are nice and helpful

Upon moving in they will tell you the gym is 24hrs but the door is always locked. The pool is available during the summer but is always closed due to other renters children constantly breaking things. Gate to get in is broken every weekend. Thin walls. Late night noise. Overall price is too much for what you don't get it.
