Everything was great week one. After that, I can't seem to get help fixing a single thing. I even had to call emergency maintenance at 7:30 in the morning due to water pouring from my ceiling. It's been at least 3 weeks and still no response. The staff is very nice, but extremely passive and dismissive when you're not in their face. Apartments are very old and need so many things to be fixed and/or updated.

There is a lot of noise, loud cars and car stereos, there's only one working washing machine in the laundromat and the office is closed or locked all the time.

It's in a great location, it's close to downtown for any business you need to take care of. It's near all fast food and eat in restaurants. It's close to two major grocery stores. I have seen bus stops close and all down Church St. If you dont have a car. The complex itself has been Quiet and clean. Staff has been very friendly and takes care of business
