Been here for almost 7 years. Was approved initially with Low Income Tax Credit program. Rent increased @ $40 per month each year until last year which was a $159 per month increase. My income increased $30 a month. Are there any programs available for low income current residents?

The parking can be a whole lot better. I am handicapped and can't park in the handicapped spot because people that aren't handicapped park in the spots and nothing is done about it.
