THE PLACE IS VERY NICE, THE MANAGER IS VERY RESPONSIBLE AND EFICIENCY. I BEEN HERE FOR 2 YEARS. APARTMENT IS UPDATED WITH ALL THE APPLIANCES MODERN. THE PLACE IS CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN SPARTANBURG AND EVERYTHING IS VERY CLOSE TO THE PLACE. I FULLY RECOMEND IT.

Place is clean, quiet, and has nice views of VCOM. Location next to Spartanburg Farmers Market and Monarch is a huge plus. Walking distance to downtown and Wofford Campus, where I am a student.

its decent. its pretty loud plus the walls are very thin,. there really isnt good maintenance. i’m not really sure about the location either.
