Ive been here for 8yrs and I love it. I love the location, the neighbors in my building are nice, we all look oit gor one another. I wish we would have access to the amenities(been closed for quite some time due to comstant property management company changes) and a permanent maintence employee. These are nice apartments in size for the price. The location is perfect as we are around two shopping plazas, two hotels and Starbucks and the Beaufort Police dept.

It’s ok …. Could be better.. the walls are very thin, you could basically hear everything. Kids always playing in stairwell

Its really nice. Guest drive a little too fast but its ok otherwise. The maintenance has really been struggling. They do what they can.

Too much to type. Staffing needs to be retrained. Not everything falls on the property manager, but there are things that they need assistance or another helper around to ensure things are done.
