A great location especially if you like to go for walks and enjoy the ocean. The value is fantastic. On bus line and five minutes from town. If only the management would remember this is our home and not just a job for them.

I have been here for ten years. The current maintenance workers are very good; prompt and pleasant. Jeanie is the best and she deserves a raise!! I'm very thankful for this apartment!! I'd be living on the street if it wasn't for this opportunity. My concerns are my current neighbor smokes in her apartment and office says they can't do anything about it. Also, current manager includes eviction threats with any notice of infraction. It might be legal but it sure doesn't promote friendliness or cooperation. I haven't received one but many of my neighbors have and it causes me concern for them because they are all elderly -- in their 80's and 90's. She has been proven wrong but never apologizes. Very unfriendly person. But I love my apartment. Oh, I wish parking was at least assigned by building. I live furthest (3 buildings away) from the extra parking area yet have to park there while others park in front of their doors. Very inconvenient when bringing in groceries. Thanks for listening!!

Lived here 3 years. Very hard to get any help from staff to get something you definitely need done unless you complain enough. Maintenance & Staff is under poor management and they all leave.
