Alongside Senior Apartments

the television in the community rooms has not work since the start., management seem to be dragging their feet in dealing with this issue of fixing . the tv . As of today the tv has not been operational for 8 days and counting . I feel this is very disrespectful to the tenants to not have the opportunity to meet and watch football or movies etc as a group..

New building, well maintained, nice sized units

Sadly I just read a scathing review by a tenant most of which is false I assure anyone that wants to move here will not be disappointed! Management and staff do an excellent job! I have never had a problem with our manager or maintenance person. The property is clean, well maintained,secured and well managed. Janice the manager has been more than accommodating to all her tenants She makes sure people abide by the rules in their lease which is very much appreciated! I love living here! My apartment is beautiful and the location right across from the Senior Center, Fanno Creek trails and library is wonderful! I plan on living here as long as I'm able! I LOVE it as do all my neighbors (except one)

No insulation between rooms. I get woken up all hours of the night, due to hearing my neighbors doors sliding, closing. Lots of banging going on. I was led to believe that we were going to have outside terraces on our rooms. I am worried about the rent increase, is this going to happen every month? I thought I was on HUD program, Section 8 Voucher? Is this all that I am going to be allowed? I had to sell my car to give a security payment, which I wasn't expecting. Now I'm so broke, I had to give up my dental insurance and I need dental work done. I guess the next step is out on the street. Perhaps I can get better help.
