Living at Patton Home

At Patton Home community is what it is all about! From daily activity sign up sheets, meals, and an organic community garden! Our place is a Home! We all gather and laugh play music and walk our dogs or just sit in the garden and chat about our days! When one person has a concern then it is voiced and heard about, then the community sharing together will help to make sure that everyone is happy and taken care of! Generally all things work for the best here! We strive for peace in our days and helping each other is just a part of the Patton Home way of living! I’m a pretty new resident at this place and it’s been a wonderful experience! I have new friends and some like family! I’m needing a bigger living space so I am looking to move, I have a companion animal, a little Chihuahua, her name is Bella Rose, and she and I have one of the smaller rooms here at Patton Home, that was all that was available for me and her when I needed to move in! I’m so grateful to be here and I don’t want to part with my new friends that I have come to know here! As I said I’m looking for a larger apartment and that’s all, my moving has nothing to do with the staff or the community here at Patton Home! This place has been a wonderful experience for me and my Bella! I’ve enjoyed seeing my garden grow and watching Bella play with the other animals here and the neighborhood people are so kind! Walking in the blocks is pleasant as people sit on their porches and wave and walk passing by on foot or bike, it’s always a lot going on around here in this neighborhood and people are friendly! There’s neighborhood markets nearby and shops that are fun to visit! This is an area that I grew up in as a young girl! I went to Grant High School and I’m going to be back in the area no matter how far away I move because it will always be Home! Who knows what or when we will get to move on but we are here now and it wonderful to because this is our community and this is where our friends will always be.
