I love the location and set up of the apartments. The homes are beautiful and unique. The renters guidelines and expectations are very clear and easy to follow when it comes to up keep and how our homes are to be kept up with. However I feel that these standards are not held for everyone equally and some renters get away with bending the rules and not getting in trouble.

Lived at 2001 over 4 years. I love it. Close to work, town, not too far to commute to my son's school. Neighborhood is usually pretty quiet. My son loves playing outside in the yard or riding his bike in the evenings. We love and appreciate the playground and the staff for making sure all of our appliances are up and working like they should.

Stonebrook is a place to live. The houses are nice, roomy and affordable. The neighborhood is quiet. Staff is friendly and courteous.

Only complaint is my a/c is still not fixed since I have moved in my house. Let maintenance know many times, as well as Kat.
