Exterior entrance doors that don't lock; emergency call system in bedrooms and bathrooms deactivated; door bell system not working; lack of security; buckets needed to collect dripping water on first floor when a/c system is running; general deplorable condition of entire building. Tenants that need blinds replaced just ignored.
