Deplorable conditions

Domain is listed as the owners of this property. Wake up, "owners". Take ownership and responsibility of this building. The conditions are deplorable. Exterior entrance doors that don't lock; emergency call system in bedrooms and bathrooms deactivated; door bell system not working; lack of security; buckets needed to collect dripping water on first floor when a/c system is running; general deplorable condition of entire building. Tenants that need blinds replaced just ignored.
