We've been here for about a year has been a good experience. Living complex is nice and includes laundry services.

I think this place can be a great place to live if Candlelight would put more effort into how the property value can go down if you let anyone. Its sad that Candlelight is known as the "hood" of Liverpool. I see that the owners are putting a lot work in maintaining the outside, but more care on the inside will be nice. I think also screening those who rent here. as well with yearly inspections would be nice for questionable tennants.

Its a great place to live . But for the price and all the maintenance issues its not worth it . I feel like im over paying for this apartment

I have lived here for several years and have seen the management change a few times. The management has improved where as the value has not really increased. The apartments are out dated vs what they ask in rent.
