We are writing to inform you of an important reminder to our Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed in your residence unless a Reasonable Accommodation is requested for Support or Companion Animal(s). please refer to management for any and all requests for companion and/or support animals. All pets residing in our community must be either service animals or emotional support animals (ESAs). To comply with our community policy(s), you are required to provide proper documentation to the management office. This documentation should include: 1. For Service Animals:    - Proof of the animal's service status. 2. For Emotional Support Animals (ESAs):    - A letter from a licensed healthcare professional confirming the need for an ESA. Please Note: - Compliance: Failure to provide the necessary documentation or to comply with the updated pet policy will result in a violation of your lease agreement.
