All pets residing in our community must be either service animals or emotional support animals (ESAs). To comply with our community policy(s), you are required to provide proper documentation to the management office. This documentation should include: 1. For Service Animals:    - Proof of the animal's service status. 2. For Emotional Support Animals (ESAs):    - A letter from a licensed healthcare professional confirming the need for an ESA.
