I have been living here for five years and it is a great place to live. I would recommend living here if you enjoy living close by night life, transportation and prospect park. Overall, the staff is friendly and helpful. However, the parking garbage is expensive and the options for street parking is scares. Luckily, the floor i live on is quiet and neighbors are chill.

As a long term full time employed parent and tenant, I still appreciate being a resident. My child became an adult here and was always safe, and we have mutual respect with building staff and our neighbors. We have busy schedules, but always enjoy seeing the staff and neighbors. Life is cyclical, and so are the demands in any communal environment. I see the efforts extended by new ownership and management to maintain the space and on boarding additional staff. I'm hoping for continued growth, and I appreciate how prompt maintenance staff have tended to the upkeep of my unit when reported. Thank you!

The staff is good and the building is always clean and no noise good place to live

Resident for 6 years. Location is nice. The front desk staff and maintenance staff are great. The office staff has failed to resolve ledger issues since their arrival. Mine goes on for years at this stage. Incredibly frustrating.
