Wish the anemities were available longer jours for the laundry toom

I’m very happy living in this building. The building is always clean. If I need questions answer I can call the Spring Leasing number. However, management does not reply to emails or voicemail calls. Only Spring Leasing operator answer some questions. There’s an issue with barking dogs. Overall, I’m happy and content.

Not a bad experience, it was said that there was suppose to be a gym

I have been living here for two years and we are still not able to access the patio area or the recreation room. The building has loud residents which often goes unchecked. We also cannot use the staircase to reach desired floors because the staircase doors are locked and no one was issued a key.

Living here is good. The office and maintenance tries their best to help tenants in need of assistance. However, due to tenants damaging the lobby ceilings and walls, it hasnt been fixed immediately so it maked the building look older and more broken down than irs supposed to be. The floors in my aparmtnet is lifting and the super wont fix it due the work that has to be done. It is a bummer because my clothes caught onto it and i almost hit my face on the kitchen counter. Im hoping it gets fixed eventually. Theres no roach or mouse infestion in a ling while which is amazing! And tbe trash room is always cleaned everyday.
