The close distance to the grocery stores is all walking distance and super convenient. Its probably one of the best parts. There has been a change of hands so things are different than when I first moved in. So I know things have taken a bit of adjusting to. The sliding fee scale is also great and allows people in all sorts of financial circumstances to find a place to stay. I wish there was a pool, but not sure how well it would maintained if we did. Ahahaha

I have lived in this apartment complex for over a year. I am not happy with the amenities in my apartment, as it does not have a washer and dryer hook-up (you have to pay at the laundry room on the campus which is expensive), there is no garbage disposal, dish washer and it has very thin walls to the point you can hear every conversation your neighbors are having, along with them fighting and kids running around. We have went through 4 managers and the one we have now will hopefully make a difference. We have not had a maintenance person in almost 8 months and the two that had been there in between were only there for a bout 3-4 weeks.

I have lived here for 9 months now. I have problems with parking because i need to be up close to my apartment due to breathing problems and the stairs. I like the area because it is in the middle of town, close to stores and etc. As for the management, i cant say anything bad about her cuz she's been on the job just a week and she's trying her best but she has a lot of training to do on you on top of everything else.
