For a 2 Person Household the Maximum Annual Income is $57,240*. For a 3 Person Household the Maximum Annual Income is $64,380*. For a 4 Person Household the Maximum Annual Income is $71,520*. For a 5 Person Household the Maximum Annual Income is $77,280*. For a 6 Person Household the Maximum Annual Income is $82,980*. *Income Limits are Subject to Change Additional Requirement: Household monthly gross income must be a minimum of 2 times the monthly rent. There is a $50 application fee for each household member age 19 and older. There will also be a $500 deposit, due upon passing a credit check and criminal background screenings.
