No smoking or vaping of any kind, including marijuana, is permitted in the unit or on the property.

Tenant to pay ALL utilities (electricity/heat-Eversource, cable-Breezeline | except what is noted as follows.
Included in rent for no additional fee: access to community amenities, water, Wi-Fi connection, shoveling, plowing, landscaping, and trash disposal.
A $250 move-out cleaning fee will be charged to cover standard professional cleaning between tenants. Tenant is still responsible for leaving the property in clean condition, including removal of all personal belongings and trash. Excessive cleaning, stain removal, odor remediation, trash removal, or other extraordinary cleaning services beyond normal turnover cleaning may result in additional charges deducted from the security deposit.
