Decent place for the price, have been here a few years and its been a safe place.

I moved in last month and so far, i love the neighborhood- just waiting on the pool to be finished as it was a big reason why we chose Bluegrass Farms!

Very clean ,somewhat affordable, nice apartments, in a graat lovation.

I've lived here for 3 plus years. Put my countertops on my move in sheet. They are still not fixed. Carpet is coming up and the tack down strips show so we have to watch out for the nails. I know there's a hole in another apartment above the kitchen cabinets from the upstairs bathroom leaking. This was over 3 months ago. It has not been repaired. Requested maintenance to check the front door since it pops open at will. I was told to just "lock my door" then it wont happen. It's ridiculous. Yet, what can we do. Complaining, requesting, discussing these issues gets no where. Neither will this review. Of that, I am sure. Why should we expect anything to change? It sure hasn't so far. Grateful for the rent assist. The rest, I assume, is the price paid for the assistance. Fact is, it could be worse.

Thin wall can hear a neighbor sneeze. Poor layout in many aspects of wasted or unusable space. Good value for square footage and bonus rooms. However not the safest neighborhood and have a hard time getting any help with almost anything especially locks changed. New staff is friendly but still learning.
