Not very clean

Manager doesn't care about the cleanliness of the building or her office. Bathrooms and laundry rooms haven't been mopped in about 4 months. We have torn carpets that a lot of residents have tripped on. I could say a lot more, but it falls on deaf ears, so why bother? If management cared about the complex as much as residents it would be immaculate like it used to be.

I like where I live

Sometimes we residents don't feel heard or like things like presentations (torn dangerous rugs) don't matter. In our lease it says that our shrubs,lawns ,bark and weeding is corporate and management responsibility and other than grass getting mowed if residents don't want to look at it then we pull weeds, plant flowers at our expense and weed,not our job,we should not have to ask for sidewalks to be shoveled and salted every single time either. We residents take pride in where we live and it's IN OUR LEASE that it's not our job but yours.We pay our rent and keep our part of the lease responsibility and we expect the same from Corporate, Owners and most of all management and it falls on deaf ears most of the time. We need more maintenance men, they are stretched thin and overworked. We in the beginning had on site managers and on site maintenance men living in the buildings and it was absolutely beautiflly taken care of and things fixed immediately .Spring is quickly coming, shrubs need cut back, new bark and weeding as needed, here it gets waist high, sprayed with roundup and it's unsightly. As for my apartment itself, I love it,but management and maintenance needs to be better. When we go in the office we need to be heard and not uh huh while manager is playing games on computer during office hours and then she says we didn't tell her,yes,we did,she doesn't hear us.
