I love the area that i am in, of course everything cant be perfect but so far i dont have ang complaint.

No matter how many complaints are made nothing is done about people staying on property that aren't supposed to. Maintenance request take several months or don't get done at all. Basements flood but told there's no money to fix foundations

I have lived here approximately 9 years. I have continued to see improvements made here at Hawthorne Place Apartments. Work orders are addressed in a reasonable amount of time. Staff is friendly and helpful. My apartment is very nice, and i have lots of closet space.
