Honest review

I'm not impressed with management. High turnover with staff. You can't get simple maintenance work done. Forget about any upgrades though you have been a long term tenant. They don't even maintain the pool. Sigh...

High turn over in staff

High turn over in all departments. The grounds and trees are never done only the grass. The bushes are never trimmed and it looks like a jungle. The property never has maintenance and is always left with simple task going undone.

Not worth $1000

Been living here since 2017 and the complex keeps getting worse. Can't keep staff so repairs are hard to get done, even before covid. Want to bump up the rent but can't maintain the property.

Horrible apts

While the location is everything. My staff and maintenance Experience has been awful. The Apts are cheap and the work they put into them is ridiculous. I can’t wait to move. Nothing works. Can’t get decent extermination. Plumbing is an issue. Leaks everywhere. I hate it here
