An application fee of $35/adult and a security deposit equal to the first month of rent are due at the time of application.

INCOME RESTRICTIONS Restrictions apply to qualify at Viking Terrace Apartments. Viking Terrace offers a variety of unit types including market rate, Tax Credit, and Section 8. MARKET RATE Income restrictions do not apply for market rate units. All are welcome to apply.   TAX CREDIT Applicants for Tax Credit units will need to follow the 50% or 60% AMI income limits found in the table below. The income restriction will depend on the available unit. Section 8 Vouchers are welcome for these units. OCCUPANCY The initial maximum number of residents in a unit is equal to two persons per bedroom unless otherwise stated in the property's Resident Selection Plan, where applicable. Each unit is limited to no more than two unrelated or four related adult persons per unit. Lloyd Management defines a related adult person as either a child, dependent, or parent of the head of household. General occupancy standards and any federal, state, or local housing ordinances will supersede this policy. UTILITIES Heat, water, sewer, and trash are included with the monthly rent. Residents are responsible for electric costs.
