This property is funded through a Rural Development housing program offering Rental Assistance (when available) to those in need of affordable housing. We give preference to low-income households. However, we are currently able to rent to households at any income level. In addition, we may have Rental Assistance available which allows income based rent to households who income qualify. Knollcrest offers off-street parking at no cost with the option of a garage or secure storage unit for an additional cost. Sitting by the fire pit on our outdoor patio is the perfect place to relax at the end of the day. We allow up to two pets per unit with a non-refundable pet fee.
