Good if mind your own business

I think it’s a great building. I am never had a problem just great experience like I said, if you mind your own business. Lotta young folks in here that’s pretty noisy but good otherwise

There is potential

I love my apartment alot. I have an awesome view and great amenities inside. The things that I'm not happy with is the condition of the building the people that move in don't care how the building looks and just trash it. The property management are hardly ever on site or even answer there phone when you call and not very organized. They have us fill out paperwork and want us to list things that need to be fixed but have yet to fix them. I wish there were activities that I can do with the residents and children in the playroom which is just not utilized to its potential. It's hard not having an outside space to hang out in your apartment like a balcony.
