Kara is one of the staff there and has been very understanding , caring, and has shown kindness to me and many other tenants i will miss her alot when i relocate .

I love the amenities and the staff, I think the owner could do better. Security has gotten much better and I like being able to park in the ramp and use the skyway to my unit.

Lived here for going on 2 years now. Apartment itself is solid, newly-made units (~2017), but priced for folks with lower-middle incomes. Downtown location is a mixed bag: super convenient for public transit which I personally rely on a lot, but you also come into close contact with folks who are going through hard times. Overall I've been satisfied with my apartment. Management seems committed to improving the place and maintenance has always been responsive. Security has always seemed okay to me, but I'm a bigger younger white guy so I don't think I'm the best judge of that. I've heard other folks say they wished it was 24 hour manned security, and that makes sense to me. Overall, if you want a nicer apartment for reasonable rent and feel comfortable living downtown, it's a nice building. Oh, meant to say that having the river, the saints stadium, and the farmers market within walking distance is really really nice, especially at this price point.
