Ive Been At Eastgate For 2Years &Its Been the Best! Only thing is i live on the 1St Level &People Above me Would always Bump &Be So Loud. Any time of the day or Night . Also when i first moved in The staff Was Great at Answering the Phone , Returning emails, &Also even Be in the Office After Awhile they Started Slacking &Never was Able To answer any Urgent Questions i had. Overall I loved My apartment &It felt Like a Home Also Very Safe! Most Neighbors Are Friendly.

Rules of Eastgate

I just wish people would get fined for littering in the hallways and parking lots and not picking up after their dogs, I was told that when I moved in that there are fines for not doing these things, big fines, we all share the same yard, be nice to walk barefooted on the grass without stepping in dog dodo, it's common curiosity and it's not hard to do, (my opinion). Thank you. Office hours at a set schedule would be helpful also.
