Decent units, nothing too special. Washer/Dryer in-unit but still require extra money to run. Management is some of the worst. Acts like they have no power and excuses are mostly 'The company has me do this.' Building is smoke free but nothing is done about the amount of pot smoked in units. On the other hand you get in trouble for having a cord running across your floor (ethernet, power, ect). With 3 to 4 annual inspections per year leaves little privacy.

I have no luck getting in contact with a supervisor. I have had several complaints about my children and have been told it is because we are black. I feel my son is harassed by the other residents. I got a violation for a child I dont even know and everything in my apartment breaks regularly. These apartments were put up fast and cheap. I am very unhappy living here but can't afford to move at this time.

I love Century Heights!! the only thing I would have liked is to have a small balcony so I could breathe fresh air or have a coffee watching the birds. ??
