House review
The house is very old and many of the appliances don't function properly. The water is not clear and very murky in the tab, there are several toilet issues as well, along with the stove not working. We have had temperature issues previously. The upkeeping isn't up to par, yet the rent is at market value.

Noise and smoke
I lived oaklandsquare three years and half I believe, I have little problem here for maintains like oven or cooking, I waited for long to fix it. We have a noise problem too and weed smoking.
