I've lived here for almost 2 years and parking hasn't got any better. There is a lot of drug use and homelessness witnessed due to the shelter across the street, given we do live right off Franklin and Cedar Ave Transit Station so if you know Southside then you know it's expected. Other than that the apartments themselves are very nice and spacious. You see the security staff more than the office staff and security is amazing!! Especially Chris the Daytime guard. He goes above and beyond for the tenants.

Its a quiet building, the outside has lots of street people

There's a lot that goes on here on our little street. It's right off of Franklin and Cedar transit station and there is a shelter of some sort for people who are in active addiction to go get food and a shower. Idk too much about the place. The parking here is ridiculous and you take the risk of getting impounded nightly because space is limited. There's underground parking but there's a waiting list and you will have to provide proper identification for drivers license and insurance. The apartments are very spacious and clean environment on the inside of the building 24/7 security who go above and beyond for the safety of the residents very cool guys too. Some residents have pets, alot have kids and it's a very friendly atmosphere.

Theres no parking. Management isnt very helpful. Loud snd not a safe location but security is great!

I'm loving my new apartment as of now I have no complaints

The building is ok. How ever there needs to be more trash removal. When the garbage chite is backed up beyond the third floor. Come on.
