Affordable and Good Location

I've lived here for two years. It is a great building if your own you don't have a large budget. There's a gym and community room, and for the price that is nice to have. The location is close to public transit and there's an underground parking. The only problem is that when there's events at the Stadium the area gets busy but that more on the location than the building. I would recommend people to live here. Its great if you don't have kids.

Great apartments for the price!

I've lived here for over a year and a half and have enjoyed it with minimal issues. Any issues that have come up are addressed by on-site management staff who are always pleasant and very helpful. Parking in the underground garage is convenient but expensive for low-income housing (but this does mean there's plenty of space). My first floor apartment is very spacious. The windows face a busy street but I put mirrored window cling to hinder passerby from peeking in; traffic does get noisy but that's to be expected for my location. The walls are thick enough that I don't usually hear my direct neighbors unless they're shouting. However, the main doors don't block out noises from the hallway. The apartment building's main doors are both located at the middle of the building so it's very inconvenient to enter/exit when you live at the farthest point away from them. The door next to the manager's office leads to a side street, and the other door by the elevator lobby leads to the parking lot which is right in the middle of the block so there's a bit of walking to do before you get to the street. The outdoor landscaping isn't pretty - there's a lot of dogs in the building but no dog-specific area so the landscaping (large patches of mulch) is usually where they go potty.

East Town Apartments

I was one of the first tenants to move into this community. The current staff is amazing, Maintenance are quick to respond to emergencies. Parking is not the best. We have garage parking, but its not in my budget. So, we park on the street. Just have to remember to pay the meter. My only issue is I have had a few packages taken from the package room. Due to my work schedule, when I get home the office is closed. Overall, I really like this community.
