Great building, great layout, great tenants

It’s a nice roomy apartment. Lots of good food in the area. Very noisy outside and the windows let all of the sound in. Things in the apartment are supposed to get fixed but don’t, like rotted window sill and paint peeling on the ceiling. Other than that the maintenance has been pretty good.
