I love living here. I've lived in Rosa I and Rosa II now and both buildings are great. I love staff. Very approachable and helpful. Like family! The neighbors are kind. It's very clean all the time. I can't complain about anything!

I have been disappointed since Melissa was terminated. Shawn is a nice person but she is barely at my building. I moved into Rosa Place 2 in Mankato back in November 2022. Since Melissa, it has been very hard to get any service from Shawn. She is never in our building and does not return emails sent to her. I have had a major complaint for the majority of the time I have lived here. My major complaint is the smell of the hallway and it creeps under my door also! I have three children; they do not deserve having to smell marijuana every day of their lives! I know who is smoking marijuana in the building. Management will do nothing about it. This complaint has nothing to do with my late rent or that I could be evicted. No one should have to smell marijuana on a daily basis. It may be legal in Minnesota now but it is never legal to smoke in a federally regulated business...Thank you for your attention to this matter.
