Households must make under a certain amount to qualify. The total annual household gross income is considered. Please see chart below. In addition, applicants must be 62+ or disabled (at any age). HOUSEHOLD SIZE 80% AMI 1 Person $52,650 2 People $60,200 3 People $67,700 4 People $75,200 Ā Ā Income limits subject to change per applicable affordable housing program guidelines. SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit equal to the first month of rent + utility allowance is due at time of move-in. OCCUPANCY The initial maximum number of residents in a unit is equal to two persons per bedroom unless otherwise stated in the property's Resident Selection Plan, where applicable. Each unit is limited to no more than two unrelated or four related adult persons per unit. Lloyd Management defines a related adult person as either a child, dependent, or parent of the head of household. General occupancy standards and any federal, state, or local housing ordinances will supersede this policy. UTILITIES Heat, water, sewer, and trash are all included with the monthly rent payment.
