Positive and Negative

I have lived here for a number of years. Some of the apartments are Section 8 subsidized and some are market rate. In my experience, the building, especially since the 2016 remodeling, is nicer than other Section 8 buildings. *the staff is very good, but *the owner does not sufficiently finance maintenance and repair of the building *two exterior doors do not lock dependably *some of the window shades on the main floor have not worked since I came here. *onsite management makes rules without consulting residents *staff could not keep up with the work for this building, so corporate management gave them a second building The overall experience is positive despite the shortfalls.
