I have lived here for 6 years and my only complaints are that I wish families with children lived on the lower floors so when they are playing, it doesn't sound like a herd of elephants on the ceiling and the air conditioning needs to be charged twice a year.

Okay

I like the location of forest oak apartments. I have had a few too many encounters with drunk resident which have scared my children. I also had asked maintenace multiple times over a year time span to fix a few things that I ended up fixing myself because nobody shower up.
