my living experience here at Legends is wonderful. I love my apartment. Maintenance has been excellent when needed. Staff has always been helpful and pleasant. They provide us with multiple things to bring us together if we choose to do so. The noise that I find very troublesome does not come from within the apartment but the road noise , specifically the yard noise from the mower and leaf blower. Then you add the buses, trucks and loud motorcycles, who seem to accelerate as they move by the building. But my biggest issue is not being allowed to decorat my door and not being able to surprise friends with a birthday card or note on their door or a returned book on the doorknob. It feels as if we are being discouraged from forming relationships between people in, what may be the loneliness part of our lives. Putting notes or cards on people's door does not violate their privacy. And hanging something sweet or funny on our door does not clog the hallways.

Great living. Here two months but lived here for almost three years when it opened. It was a mistake we moved the first time.

I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR FIVE YEARS AND HAVE ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH. i HAVE MET WONDERFUL FRIENDS AND ALSO THE STAFF HAS BEEN EXTRAORDINARY AND FRIENDLY TOO. THE EXTERIOR NOISE THAT IS DISTRACTING AND ANNOYING CANNOT BE HELPED (LAWN MOWERS, TRUCKS, BUSES, MOTORCYCLES, ETC) AND IN SPITE OF IT, I WOULDN'T TRADE MY APARTMENT FOR ANYTHING, I LOVE IT!

I have lived here almost five years. It is a lovely experience and the building is well kept. The staff are pleasant as is the maintenance staff. The only thing that is annoying is outside noise such as lawn mowers and buses and trucks that go by my apartment. But that cannot be changed. I enjoy my deck and take part in many of the potlucks and other things that are presented.

Very unfriendly manager. When things need fixed it will take weeks if not months, and even then you may have to hire someone else and put out of your own pocket
