Could use updates for the rental pricing. Upon moving in had new florist places in the kitchen due to leakage. They laid the hardwood down while the floor was still damp. They were literally still laying it when I was suppose to be moved in. The place was a disaster. New carpeting was only placed in two of the bedrooms. Everywhere else was cleaned I was told, but could have been replaced everywhere due to the stains and lack of care from previous renters. The walls were pained, but all the nails and screws under weee painted over so in the few years I’ve been here they have shown through, or cracked off pain and are visible. There is still a hole near the stairs that I was told the cable company made and it never got fixed. Light fixtures are outdated and although I had a new dishwasher placed the bottom part was never picked up from the hardware store where I was told it was bought new. The maintenance man grabbed a part from another unit and drilled it in to make it appear to look like it belonged. Other places I rented from replaced all carpeting and all flooring along with spraying bathtubs clean and whitening. When I moved in it was stoned up in nap polish, but I was told it was clean jay stained. I’ve had two light bulbs go bad (one exploded and the other melted and turned completely black stinking up the untitled for 2 days. I’m the only unit without plants, I have to buy my own and place mulch, otherwise they don’t. The lawn service spits rocks and blows all the mulch into the yard along with leaving huge circles of missing grass in front from his rushed services. I personally feel it could be improved, but no point in expressing these concerns because it took a week or two roiled filled to the top in feces before I finally got new ones. There was a meth pipe found by my child in the bathroom cabinet and a file of human feces in the vent in the upstairs bathroom within the 24 hours of me first moving in, so clearly not everything was cleaned properly.

Small 3 bdrm twnhse, not enough storage inside. If I didn't have kids to climb into the garage rafters, I wuld be unable to utilize that space.

SECURITY DEPOSIT + APPLICATION An application fee of $35/adult and a security deposit equal to one month of rent is due at time of application. OCCUPANCY The initial maximum number of residents in a unit is equal to two persons per bedroom unless otherwise stated in the property's Resident Selection Plan, where applicable. Each unit is limited to no more than two unrelated or four related adult persons per unit. Lloyd Management defines a related adult person as either a child, dependent, or parent of the head of household. General occupancy standards and any federal, state, or local housing ordinances will supersede this policy. UTILITIES Water, sewer, and trash are included with the monthly rent payment.
